Spilberk International Music Festival was founded by the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra in 2000 as the only purely symphonic festival among other summer festivals in the Czech lands. Today it is the dominant event on the Brno summer calendar. These pleasant evenings of fine music under the stars offer a unique experience not only for summertime visitors to the Moravian capital, but for the regular philharmonic audience as well.
