Marek Zvolánek, a graduate of the Prague Conservatory in Antonín Vaigl's class, soon drew attention to himself thanks to his numerous successes. At the early age of eighteen he became a member of the Czech Philharmonic, at the time led by Václav Neumann, and very soon, thanks to his technical virtuosity and beautiful tone, also became a sought-after soloist. At present he is a solo trumpeter of the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Barocco sempre giovane (Baroque forever young) is a chamber ensemble consisting of leading young professional musicians. It specializes on the interpretation of compositions of the High Baroque, however, it does not avoid other style periods either.
