Art Nouveau mansion of Vienese origin stems from English hall layouts. The mansion was built as the city residence of the banker family Otto and Eugenia Primaves. The following has been preserved from the artistically valuable original mansion decor: mosaics in the main hall, a small fountain in the hall.
